5.4. Mechanism for notification of allegedly illegal content (Article 16 DSA): any person or entity may notify the presence on the website of information that it considers to be illegal content by sending a message to info@vommo.es with the following information:
A sufficiently motivated explanation of the reasons why they consider the information in question to be illegal content.
A clear indication of the exact electronic location of that information, in particular the URL or the corresponding URLs and, when necessary, additional information that allows identifying the content.
The name and email address of the notifier, except when the notification refers to information considered linked to one of the offenses mentioned in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.
A statement by which the notifier confirms that they believe in good faith that the information and allegations contained in the notification are correct and complete.
5.5. Received notifications will be processed in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner. The notifier will be informed of the decision adopted and the available complaint channels.
5.6. Statement of reasons (Article 17 DSA): when, as a result of a notification or on its own initiative, MILIIEVSKA MARYNA removes, restricts visibility, blocks, or de-indexes content published by a user, suspends or terminates the provision of the service, or suspends or closes the account of the affected user, the user will be informed of the reasons for the decision adopted, its scope, the facts and circumstances on which it is based, and the available means of complaint.

6. Intellectual and industrial property
6.1. 12.3. MILIIEVSKA MARYNA is not, at the time of publication of this Legal Notice, adhered to any mandatory extrajudicial dispute resolution system.
12.4. The user is informed that, effective July 20, 2025, Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 has repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013, so the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) has ceased to be operational.
13. Right of exclusion
13.1. MILIIEVSKA MARYNA reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and/or the services offered, without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who breach this Legal Notice or the particular conditions that, if applicable, are application, in the terms and with the guarantees provided for in Article 17 of the DSA Regulation.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
