Kitchen furniture brings together everything needed to equip the room where most household time is spent: complete modular kitchen sets, individual modules to extend an existing kitchen, extendable dining tables for flats where the dining area is integrated, and chairs and stools to round off the space. Modular compositions range from 170 to 300 cm wide; individual modules cover oven columns, base units for the sink and corner units; the tables combine an extendable system with a standard 76 cm height; and the seating comes upholstered in velvet or woven fabric. Prices start from around €40 for a dining chair and reach up to about €950 for the most complete corner compositions.
Modular sets: fit out the whole kitchen in one go
Modular sets solve a complete kitchen without having to pick every module separately. The Junona Line series combines base units, wall cabinets and tall columns in linear compositions of 170, 180, 240 and 300 cm and in corner versions of 220x240 cm, with right- or left-hand orientation depending on which side your long wall is on. The Sara Line series offers a more compact white alternative for small kitchens, starting at €289 in its 180 cm version. Each set arrives with handles, hinges and fittings included, and most exist in two variants: with worktop integrated or without, so you can pair them with a custom surface in stone or solid wood.
Individual modules to extend or replace single pieces
If your kitchen is already in place and you only need to add one specific unit, the stand-alone modules from the Junona line let you extend the composition without replacing the whole thing. The oven column module measures 82.5 cm tall and 51 cm wide, with a recess prepared for a standard 60 cm built-in oven; the 40 cm wide base unit works as an auxiliary cabinet between appliances or as a wall end-piece; and the 45 cm corner base unit with worktop solves the corners that usually go unused. All share finishes and fittings with the complete sets, so they fit in seamlessly with no visible difference in tone or height.
Dining tables for kitchens and kitchen-diners
In kitchens with a dining area, or in flats where the dining table sits next to the units, the table is part of the same visual setup as the furniture. Extendable tables cover most situations: Eland extends from 100 to 200 cm to seat between 4 and 8 diners; Zatar goes from 125 to 170 cm for everyday tables of 4 that stretch out at weekends; Balard offers a round extendable version from 100 to 180 cm for more sociable layouts; and Pares reaches up to 180x90 cm for larger dining areas. As a fixed alternative, the Brenox round table at Ø100 cm fits into small kitchens without wasting floor space. All keep a standard 76 cm height, compatible with conventional upholstered dining chairs.
Chairs and stools: from kitchen diner to breakfast bar
The upholstered chairs in this category start at €44 (the Jamil model in velvet, ideal for budget-friendly compositions) and reach €131 for the swivel Eileen version in orange velvet. In between sit Henry (89 cm tall, neutral fabric), Nicolas and Alla 3, all with tall backs designed for 76 cm tables. For breakfast bars or kitchen islands, the Toni stool (107 cm overall height) and the Henry stool (110 cm) work with standard high worktops of 90-95 cm, leaving a comfortable gap between seat and counter for legs and for getting in and out without clashing.
Finishes and materials: from gloss white to Bernstein oak
The choice of finish sets the visual character of the kitchen. Junona Line compositions come in gloss white, light Delano oak, Bernstein oak, light gloss grey and graphite, covering everything from bright kitchens in small flats to contemporary interiors with stainless steel appliances. Fronts are built on moisture-resistant boards and hinges are soft-close. On chairs, velvet (Jamil, Nicolas, Eileen) brings warmth and cleans with a dry brush, while woven fabrics and more textured upholstery stand up better to daily use with children or pets.
Sizes: fitting cabinets, table and chairs into a real kitchen
Before placing the order it's worth taking three basic measurements. First, the available width on the long wall for the modular set: with less than 200 cm of usable space, a 180 cm composition leaves room for the fridge; between 220 and 260 cm, consider a 220x240 corner composition. Second, the clear height between worktop and ceiling: Junona columns stand 220 cm tall overall, leaving space for an extractor hood if the ceiling is at 240-250 cm. Third, the dining zone: an extendable table of 125x75 cm closed needs about 80 cm of circulation on each side, and when opened to 170 cm it should leave a minimum of 60 cm between the chair back and the nearest unit so chairs can be pulled out without clashing.
