Delivery and Assembly
What is the shipping cost? We offer home delivery for all orders. For shipments to specific areas, a fee will be applied, which you can see detailed during the checkout process.
Do you offer a furniture assembly service? Yes, we provide a furniture assembly service. This service is billed separately. To find out the exact cost of this service, please contact us by phone.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Currently, the payment methods we accept are: credit/debit card (POS terminal) in our physical store, bank transfer (IBAN), Bizum, and cash.
Returns and Warranty
What is the return period for furniture? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to make a return. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture cannot be returned.
What warranty do the furniture items have? All our furniture comes with an official warranty starting from the day the product is delivered.
What should I do if I receive damaged or defective furniture? If your order arrives with any damage, please send us photos or a video of the issue. Our department will quickly evaluate the situation to offer you replacement parts or other solutions.
